February 202118 February 2021 Where has the past 18 days gone? One minute I was making this months page and thinking "I have a week or so before I need to put something in it", the next we are past the middle of the month. Oh well. So, in the past 18 days we have continued on with our exchange program here in Denmark, have had a couple of photography trips to parts nearby, started a photography website to highlight and sell prints from, and have made plans to head to Queensland to get some work done on our home at the makers, Winjana RV. Of course we have also been watching the comings and goings on with COVID and the various States border closures, and navigating the requirements to cross those borders, as well as applying for Border Passes. Thankfully, as of today, we do not need a pass to enter NSW or Qld, and have been approved to travel through South Australia. Photographically it has been a good time, and the following shots are some of what I managed to capture.
Elephant Cove, so named because of the nearby Rocks that resemble a herd of Elephants.
A long exposure shot of part of the cove.
A slightly different crop on the same shot. You can see the video I made of this photography outing here on my youtube channel. And so another month edges towards an end. Mark Twain once said "...years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do that by the things you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." - and so we will. |
